John Colon-Kaminski specializes in interior design and architecture for hospitality, commercial and residential clients.

Based in Berlin, Germany, John graduated in 2006 with a B.A. in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago, Illinois. He then took part in the 'Space Strategies' Masters program at Weissensee School of Art in Berlin, Germany. 

John has worked freelance in Chicago, then several years in Berlin, working on a wide range of projects from residential interior design, museum space planning to 3D illustrations. He later worked in New York City with the Marmara Hotel Group for several years, leading the design of their flagship hotel in midtown Manhattan, overseeing and implementing the design and construction of all 128 guestrooms, lobby, bar, meeting rooms, corporate offices, as well as the wellness center- which includes a pool, fitness center, massage room and Turkish Hammam.  He also single-handedly designed and project managed the architectural construction and interior design of a luxury home on the Upper East Side.
